GM and Happy Ukulele Day!
In Bald Jesusism (the first ‘religion’ born in the Metaverse) , every February 2nd is Ukulele Day.
From the Holy Bjble (Bald Jesus Bible Living Edition):
On this day we play ukulele with friends and either plan our coming trip to Hawai’i or dream about the day we can plan it. We practice aloha on this day and on Ukulele Day every practitioner of Bald Jesusism is an ambassador of aloha to the world. This is a great day to give the gift of ukulele. If you are an expert, it’s a great day to give free lessons!
I’ll definitely be playing some uke today. The ukulele is one of those gifts that almost always brings a smile. If you don’t have one – get one! We need more smiles in this world.
And that brings me to an important point:
Mental health is a BIG big deal in our world – two years into covid, human contact severely suffering, careers destroyed, new passions and careers born, and serious screen time addiction as the FOMO, the gamification of finance, and the completey unregulated and unregulatable nature of this space that we all love (and hate) so much. It’s not the big challenges in life that push you past the breaking point, it’s the littlest ones stacked on top of every other little one. It’s all about just one little block in a Jenga tower and then – ker-splat. Fuck.
I’ve been in a difficult space these past weeks – feeling beat down by a some serious life challenges but you know what has made the difference? You guys. People who I love and care about but have never met in real life. People who I have never seen a picture of (pfps don’t count) and don’t know their real name, age, or anything else. Some of you guys heard me – you reached out, you reassured and offered some sympathy and compassion, some love and understanding and some simple ‘It’ll be alright man’.
Thank you. It made the difference for me. We can all be that person to someone. We all should be. Okay…enough of that – all the serious degens are like ‘shut up your feelings dude’….Gotcha. LFG.

The Graveyard
These are projects that I wanted to believe in that simply seem like they are dead. I bought into many of these instead of the winning projects above. Take that as a warning. I sincerely hope that they resurrect – but when I put them here, it means that I’ve stopped believing and looking. I hope to someday have a section at the top called ‘Resurrections’ for when projects in the Graveyard manage to rise up again. As time goes on, I have no doubt this will be the biggest section of this newsletter and I will let it keep growing so that those who care to look can understand that the majority of projects fail and investors lose money. Pick wisely, my friends, and good luck!
